My furbaby Charlie received a size S harness, which is way too large, even after adjusting it to as small as possible. He's a Shorkie rescue (Shi tzu- Yorkie) mix. I have Multiple Sclerosis and he's my baby. Can I exchange it for a smaller size?
Hi I moved from New Jersey to Allentown and I was staying in a hotel at first, I eventually found an apartment told the agent I had a dog but she didn’t pass that information on to my Landlord. So he sent me an evict or vacate because of my dog. Luckily I had already contacted American Service Pets when I was in hotel I was staying at. So they contacted me the same day I was given eviction notice, Now my dog and I are super happy and can live happily ever after.

I was a little hesitant to use an online service to get an ESA letter, but I am so glad I did! The process is really easy, the questions are clear and the process is quick. The person I talked to was understanding and very helpful. I got my approval letter in less than one hour!
I loved the training and support in this program. The only disappointment was when I got my vest for my dog, A medium was sent when a size small was ordered on my invoice. I contacted customer service and was told to send the vest back end I would have to pay the postage to do so. I love the vest and quality. I will send back to exchange for the correct size that was ordered. A printable return label with payment to return the vest for the correct size would of been the only improvement that would of improved the best customer service for me.
I rescued a dog. She came with the name Liv. Because of American Service Pets. I am now allowed to keep this beauty with me. No one knows her real name & i was told that i can change it. I wouldn't begin to, she has changed my outlook about life. She needs me. I need her. Her name was sent from beyond i guess. Liv is helping me live ! Thank you A S P !!!!
Unfortunately, due to Gavin Newsom, the governor of California putting a 30 day hold on me receiving my platinum package and certificate. I have to wait until July 2 but my customer service was excellent and I need it as soon as possible. Hopefully the package arrives on time once the 30 day period is over because I’m getting harassed where I live about my pad and she’s absolutely perfect. I rate my customer service five star ⭐️ I can’t wait to receive my platinum package 📦❤️🙏
Do not use this service. I was not approved for an ESA and they will not refund you and charge an unauthorized “doctors fee” after your purchase that’s $25. Don’t waste your time or money like me!
